Teaching Professionals employee temporary workers across the UK and who are engaged on assignments arranged by recruitment agencies or with end clients directly. All workers negotiate their rate of pay with their agency or end client directly and rates of pay are agreed before the assignment is notified to Teaching Professionals.
Teaching Professionals are therefore unable to influence the rate of pay to our workers beyond ensuring any qualifying workers are paid in accordance with the Agency Worker Regulations 2010. Where we consider it necessary we will share any trends identified with our partnered recruitment agencies and end clients to ensure they are working towards agreeing comparable rates of pay for male and female workers similar assignments.
All information in this report is accurate and covers the financial year 2022 – 2023. This report has been compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Regulations.
